Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider only. This means that if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with an invoice or super bill to get reimbursement from your insurance company, however, you must pay up front.

How long can I expect to be in therapy?
The length of time in therapy is different for everyone and what issues they are working through, including how long someone would like to spend in therapy. Our goal is to get you to a place where you feel stable, empowered and able to apply the tools you learn to maintain your stability.
What is the duration of an individual one-on-one session?
Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. If not, you will be charged for the session. Payment is required at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
